Port Hueneme CBC
NAVSEA Port Hueneme Surface Warfare Center Division is part of a larger Navy organization called the Naval Sea Systems Command, which is comprised of approximately 50,000 professional men and women. NAVSEA Port Hueneme employs approximately 2,000 dedicated military and civilian personnel who focus on the successful operation of surface combat and weapons systems. We are primarily engineers, logisticians, and technical experts. We provide engineering and logistics services to the U.S. naval fleet. Our responsibility is to provide safe, effective, and affordable operation of combat and weapon systems used on U.S. Navy ships, as well as ships of friendly nations.
Port Hueneme, CA
The City of Port Hueneme (pronounced Why-nee-mee) is a precious gem along Ventura County's Gold Coast. Desirable beach-style living and business opportunities delight every native and newcomer. Port Hueneme is located on the south central coast of California, 60 miles north of Los Angeles and 50 miles south of Santa Barbara. Neighboring communities include Oxnard, Ventura, and Camarillo.
